FABIC Education & Learning supports professionals to develop the skills to provide LASTING behaviour change strategies and tools to their clients in workplaces, at home and in the community

Teacher Workshops & Courses

At FABIC we understand the integral role teachers play in supporting children and young adults to develop the skills to engage in life, and we are here to support you.

FABIC Behaviour Education Services for teachers and school staff are offered throughout the school year, either on-site at your school, in our training centre at Robina or online.

Behaviour Education Services at FABIC cover a wide range of topics and support those who have been in the teaching profession for a while as well as those who are new to it.

On offer are the following programs:

    → five one-hour sessions, Term 2
  • Understanding and Responding to Student Behaviour
    → six-hour workshop, Term 1
  • Implementing the Body Life Skills Program in the Classroom
    → 10 one-hour presentations, Term 2
  • Remote Teacher Preparation Course
    → one-day workshop, Term 4
  • Supporting Yourself to Support High-Needs Students
    → 90-minute workshop, Term 2
  • Teacher Anxiety and Exhaustion
    → 90-minute workshop, Term 2
  • Perfectionism: A Hidden Epidemic Impacting Our Quality of Life
    → 90-minute workshop, Term 2
  • Supporting Children’s Oral Language and Communication Skills
    → 90-minute workshop, Term 3
  • The Way I Treat Me – The Way I Allow Others to Treat Me

We also offer support via a wide array of workshops and one-on-one sessions for families and students outside of school hours.
