FABIC CERTIFIED CLINICIAN PATHWAYS
The FEL Certified Clinician Pathways are designed to prepare clinicians/practitioners through the sciences that support the understanding of behaviour and the strategies that offer LASTING behaviour change. They provide for the development of skills that assist LASTING behaviour change in any field(s) associated with behaviour change, i.e. any industry where there are humans – including but not limited to behaviour change, disability, education, mental health, justice and HR.
OF NOTE: FABIC Education & Learning (FEL) offers FABIC certified courses via FEL certified pathways. These FABIC certifications are, as the name says – certified by FABIC and it is important to note that they are not certified or accredited by a regulated RTO.
FEL offers six FABIC Certified Pathways for Stage 1
Completion of each FABIC Certification is made up of a combination of:
- FABIC.TV
Watching, reviewing, assessing and discussing prescribed FABIC.TV episode/s - FABIC Products
Reviewing, assessing and discussing prescribed product/s - FABIC Study
Completing allocated e-learning course/s - Group Supervision
Group discussion on FABIC.TV episode/s and product/s in the curriculum - Individual Supervision
Complete and review relevant material 1:1 with FEL supervisor
Note: Not all certifications include products, FABIC.study or individual supervision but all require FABIC.TV and group supervision.

FEL Certification requires the completion of:

Upon completion of the above certifications, FEL students will be granted registration as a FULL FEL Certified Clinician for a 12-month period. For ongoing annual registration as a FEL Certified Clinician, ongoing professional development will be offered.

On completion of any one of the FEL Certified Clinician Pathways students will be granted the relevant FEL certification for a 12-month period as well as access to the FEL Certified Clinicians member area. There will be ongoing opportunities for professional development and annual registration with additional product reviews, courses, an annual conference, journal articles plus group and individual supervision.
If interested, FEL certified clinicians who have completed the full FEL Certified Clinician Pathway can enrol in an additional program to become FEL certified supervisors. In your role as supervisors you will support other FEL students through the FEL certified program, facilitate group and individual supervision sessions or mark FEL students’ assignments. To qualify for this pathway, embodiment and demonstrated examples of living the program in your personal and professional life are a prerequisite. More details will be announced in due course.
