Responding to Smashed Pictures in Social Interactions – 9-12 Years – 5-Week Course

Presented by Kathryn, Senior Speech Pathologist

A smashed picture is any event, situation or behaviour from another person, that doesn’t meet our expectations. People smash each other’s pictures all the time and when we don’t have the skills to understand and respond to this, it can make social interactions very difficult.

This social skills group for 9-12 year olds will focus specifically on supporting children to understand their smashed pictures and respond to them successfully in conversation, play and other interactions.

This course is offered in-person at the FEL Training Centre at Robina, Gold Coast. It is not available for online attendance.
