  • This model, when implemented effectively, can support to reduce behaviour challenges and instead increase skills, independence, and quality of life, thus increasing potential.

  • Reduce conflict, aggression, and behaviour challenges by understanding the why underneath behaviour and responding early and accordingly
  • Support seemingly big emotions while holding clear, consistent boundaries and supports as life lessons are presented and embraced
  • Catch escalation early using warning signs and a simple pause plan
  • Reset communication for when the current parenting approach is not working
  • Help your child feel safe, understood, and guided (not judged), so connection stays intact even when behaviour requires correction
  • Build an effective, implementable parenting model that supports everyone in the home to respond to life, grow and reach their full potential
  • Create an ongoing pathway of increasing independence, capacity, and quality of life… so over time your role becomes less about managing and more about guiding capable young people into responsive adults living a model that supports them to reach their potential

Tanya is known for delivering highly practical, easy-to-apply tools that families can use immediately in everyday life. When consistently implemented, many families report these strategies have enormously improved the quality of life for everyone in the home. Her work is grounded in a simple truth: every human being is amazing, and behaviour does not define the person.

Tanya teaches families to understand the why behind all behaviour (knowing that behaviour is a form of communication; and that heightened behaviour is often preceded by anxiety) and to build shared language, clear standards, and real-world skills that support calmer homes, stronger relationships, and increasing independence over time.
